-Added wooden sticks with sugar snap peas for support earlier today. When I checked tonight, a few of the plants had already begun to wrap around them.
Narrative:
-I tasted and used a plant identification app and confirmed that the unlabeled bin of microgreens was assorted kale.
-I harvested only half of the radish microgreens so we can consume more in a few days. The assorted kale I harvested came from the gray unlabeled bin located to the right of the metal shelving containing 3 rows of pots.

-Good growth in the sugar snap peas and beans, most tomatoes beginning to grow true leaves
-Unmarked container of microgreens growing really well
-Mint in big blue planter began to grow, decided not to replant due to this

-Sugar snap peas nearing the height where they require additional support, would you like me to give them wire cages to grab onto in the next few days?
-Set up my mushroom research in closed tubs in the greenhouse. I am testing 2 different substrate methods with hopes of generating food for the crew while decomposing plant waste (that I provided).
-What does the container of microgreens that is unlabeled contain? These are ready to harvest very soon but I am unsure what plant it is and I want to be able to give you the crop type with the mass.

Narrative:
-Radish microgreens near harvest, ready in maybe another day or two.
-Assumed the water tank was full and at 300 gallons to begin. Please correct me if this assumption was incorrect, there is no meter for me to take a quantitative measurement from.
-Soil sufficiently wet in most plants prior to watering. Watered all plants but gave more water to those with drier soil.
