Report prepared by: Gaspard THIEULIN

Sol: 19

Summary Title: A successful third week

Mission Status: Going great

Sol Activity Summary:
Today was the last (working) day of our third week of mission. During my first rotation, with the Crew 206, this would mean the end of the mission. A longer mission is definitely more challenging, both physically and mentally, but it also offers so much more time to do science and gather meaningful data ! We still have a few experiments to wrap up before we leave in 6 working days, and we are motivated to do our maximum to get the best results possible.
This morning’s EVA went great, the team was once again mesmerized by the landscape they discovered during their exploration West of Tharsis Montes, and brought back beautiful photos. Exploring is one of the main reasons to send humans to Mars, and it feels nice to simply discover the surface rather than conduct pre-planned experiments.
In the station, we kept maintaining everything in good order, by cleaning the Hab a bit and emptying the toilets tank. Adèle had prepared sessions to learn new tools about emotions and communication with others and the whole crew listened (and participated !) with great attention.
Tonight we have a lot of "surprises", activities prepared individually by each one to entertain the rest of the crew, it will be a lot of fun ! We can enjoy our evening because tomorrow is rest day ! We will be able to sleep as long as we want in the morning.

Look Ahead Plan:
Tomorrow is our rest day, we will rest both our bodies and our minds, and do activities together to keep the team spirit high.
